Vára, which means "Become Spring" in Old Norse is a pink gin with botanicals including elderflower, lime, red grapefruit and rose.

Designed and built by Stuart, a former engineer, along with his wife Adelle and their family and friends, you’ll find a warm welcome at the Deerness Distillery in Orkney. The distillery features a shop area that stocks a vast range of gifts including many from local craft makers and artists along with a varied selection of tonics and more. Enjoy a tour as either Stuart or a member of staff show you around the distillery where you can learn more about the Deerness Distillery range of products including Sea Glass Gin, Scuttled Gin and Into The Wild Vodka along with tastings.
