Harvest 3rd Crop begins its aging process in refill bourbon casks before being transferred to port hogsheads and finished in an outstanding oloroso sherry butt from Miguel Martin. The result is a whisky with rich red fruit flavours, the distinctive Lochlea cereal character, and a subtle touch of cracked black pepper on the finish
