  • Soda Water
  • Ice

  • 50ml your favourite scotch (e.g., Glenlivet 15 Year Old)
  • Dash of Sugar Syrup
  • Juice of half a lime

  2. Pour in 50ml of your favorite scotch.
  3. Add a dash of sugar syrup and the juice of half a lime.
  4. Top up with ginger beer.
