Delivery

We strive to offer the fastest courier options available via our partnership with the leading global couriers - our International Shipping page provides information on shipping times to each country that we can ship to.

If orders are placed before midday, our Express shipping service in the UK will deliver next day in the majority of cases, however to avoid disappointment we advise that this will take 1 - 3 days.

All delivery and shipping costs are shown at checkout and are based on your order weight and location.

UK orders benefit from free delivery when spending over £100

For international orders please refer to our International Shipping page which provides information on cost and transit time to each country.

Yes - at checkout just select 'Click & Collect' and we will have the ordered ready for you, there is no fee for this service.

These instances are very rare, and in most cases we should be made aware of issues via our courier partners before the goods are delivered.  In the event you are concerned about your order, or if you are unhappy with the condition the goods have been delivered in, please get in touch with our team who can discuss this with you to help resolve any issues.

Whisky Shop

Our Aberdeenshire Whisky shop is open 10am - 5pm, Monday-Saturday. To avoid disappointment it's always best to call in advance of your visit.

Orders

Yes!  At checkout please select 'Combine with Whisky Hammer order' and our team will be in touch to take payment separately for the combined shipping cost.  Please note that in this scenario, the shipping costs advertised on Whisky Hammer will apply.

No - however, we offer free Standard UK delivery on orders over £100.

unfortunately, we do not offer this service currently. Orders can be placed online or by visiting our Whisky shop in Aberdeenshire.

All orders, including our international orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

Gifting

Yes, at checkout you can enter a delivery address which can be different to your billing address.

We don't currently offer this service at the moment. If you would like the invoice removed from the order or a small note added, in most cases we can accommodate this, please contact us as soon as the order has been placed so that we can prepare the order before dispatch. This is not a guaranteed service.

Customs & Taxes

No, shipments with a postage address outside the UK will not incur UK VAT.  When browsing the shop you should look at the 'ex-VAT' prices as this is what you will be charged at checkout.

If you are shipping to an address outside of the UK, your destination will more than likely impose customs / duties charges at your local border.  Please refer to your local border control regulations for advice.
