Discarded Grape Skin Vodka is a zero waste, grape skin-based vodka made from grape skins leftover from wine making They distill them then combine them with the Chardonnay wine alcohol from the wine de-alcoholisation process, giving you a luscious, fruit-forward vodka

The unique distilling process of this zero-waste vodka provides a crisp aroma of fresh green apple,  which then move deeper into almond croissant notes, and a bright lychee lift. A luscious mouthfeel, with fruit-forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit, complete with a beautiful finish of pink peppercorns.
