Distillery Location
GINTÌ's home is GINTÌ distillery, in Scotland.

In 2017, Matt Lamb and his family decided to diversify their farm near Kippen and looked at ways of growing tea. Traditionally more suited to warmer climates, the family set to work creating a suitable habitat for nurturing and growing the tea. With a number of poly tunnels constructed and renewable energy sources used to heat the plants over winter, the family are one of only a select few in Scotland to be growing tea.

It was this diversification that gave Matt and his family the idea of creating their own gin using their single estate tea. GINTÌ Spirits was established in 2019 and launched their first product, GINTÌ Gin, in late 2019.
